Wellspring is backed by more than 20 years of experience in psychology and specialist healthcare practice management. From Medicare and third-party billing to referrals, diary management, reporting and practice systems, our support goes well beyond traditional reception. Whether you're establishing your first private practice or looking to reduce the administrative burden of an existing one, you'll have experienced support available when you need it.

Reception Support Package
$70 + GST per day
Ideal for practitioners who simply need someone to welcome clients and provide a professional front-of-house service
Practice Support Package
$85 + GST per day
For practitioners wanting extra administrative assistance behind the scenes.
Practice Plus Package
$100 + GST per day
Designed for practitioners wanting a highly supported private practice without employing their own staff.
Virtual Administration Package
Day-to-day virtual administration Support
Up to 6 appointments: $85 + GST per day
7–10 appointments: $100 + GST per day
For practitioners wanting Telehealth-only.

(We do refer appropriate clients within the team however, it is preferred you have your own client base and referral sources as we cannot guarantee the volume of referrals)

Weekday Room Rental
$120 – $130 + GST per day
$500 – $770 + GST per week

PLUS ADMIN SUPPORT CHARGES

Can I add casual days when needed?
Absolutely, subject to room availability.
Can I increase my days later?
Yes, subject to room availability.
Can I use my own practice software?
Yes.
Can I receive referrals?
Yes. Internal referrals and GP referrals are distributed where clinically appropriate.
Do I need my own insurance?
Yes. All practitioners are required to hold current professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
Can I choose my support package?
Yes. Support packages are designed to be flexible and can grow with your practice.
Will I operate under Wellspring Allied Health Group?
No. Practitioners operate their own independent private practices while consulting from Wellspring Allied Health Centre. You retain your own clinical independence and client relationships while having access to Wellspring facilities and optional practice support services.
Can Wellspring help me set up my private practice?
Yes. We can assist with Zanda setup, billing, integrations, templates, client forms and practice workflows.
Do you rent rooms by the hour?
No only on a daily, ongoing basis.
Do you rent rooms without Admin services?
No our model is all inclusive for clinicians looking for a full service set-up. We have full-time on site administration and reception services available at our clinic, which provides wrap-around support for clinicians through the day
